The space
150 square meters of covered space on 3 levels for experiencing the privacy of each room. The interiors of the villa are a masterpiece of elegant design and modern comfort. Every detail is tastefully curated, from the Marbled Porcelain and Wood floors to the expansive windows that fill the rooms with natural light. The bedrooms, furnished with taste, offer beautiful comfortable beds and private balconies and terraces overlooking the sea, allowing you to wake up to the sound of waves and breathtaking views every morning.On the ground floor, there's a large living room with a relaxation area featuring a fireplace, a dining area, an independent kitchen, and a full bathroom. It's surrounded on three sides by covered verandas and patios, furnished and equipped for outdoor lunches, dinners, and a splendid relaxation area. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a French bed and one twin, and a full bathroom with two large panoramic terraces with enchanting sea views. In the basement, there's another elegant relaxation area with a fireplace that can be converted into two additional beds if needed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a wardrobe area, and a laundry room. Access to the first and basement floors is possible both from inside and outside the house.Completing the spaces is a rear area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a post-sea outdoor bathroom with a sink and shower, equipped with hot water.This extraordinary villa combines sophisticated luxury with natural beauty, offering a perfect retreat for those seeking an unforgettable stay experience. Access for guests
Guests can access all areas of the house.Please never wash the supplied sheets and towels in the washing machine, if necessary you will be given another supply.
Interaction with guests
I will be available throughout your stay; you can reach me on my mobile phone or contact me via email, and I will provide you with all the assistance you need. To take care of the garden, staff will be present at the villa every two days.
Other things to keep in mind
You can park inside the property. There are two 100-liter water heaters plus another 50-liter one for the outdoor bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. A Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer, water purifier for excellent quality drinking water, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and fruit/vegetable juicer are provided. The Internet connection is fiber optic with unlimited data. NETFLIX and Prime Video are available. Waste sorting is strongly encouraged. Failure to do so will require you to pay a penalty of €70.
